October is National Farm to School Month. Although it’s a little early, East Porter has celebrated the Great Apple Crunch event by serving locally grown apples in our cafeterias. Elementary students have decorated the Cafeterias with their art work. We’ve also served some different apple sides. We look forward to featuring locally grown pumpkins in October!

Today is Popcorn Day at Washington Twp. Elementary! We are lucky that everyone gets to have some popcorn today!
As you can see on our lunch menus, we have different Fun Lunches on different days plus PBJ Meal available everyday. We thought it would be nice to know what is included!
PBJ Meal is uncrustable PBJ, string cheese, & goldfish.
Nacho & Pizza Fun Lunches are served cold.
All meals comes with milk and assorted fruits & veggies.

School Pictures are coming!!
East Porter's Transportation Team is working on routes and making sure our buses are ready for students. The driver will make contact with the primary parent in the student’s Skyward account by Monday, August 12.
East Porter student schedules and class assignments will be posted to Skyward on Wednesday, August 7, at 9:00 am.
It's getting closer! Our first day of school is Wednesday, August 14th! Elementary students are expected to be in their classroom by 7:45am.
Open House is coming! Please come to one of the assigned times. Don't forget to sign up for Parent Teacher Conference times before or after your visit!
